End User License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for using the Arena Strikers Club matchmaking, ranking, and tournament platform, built for the game Strikers Club.

1. License Grant

Arena Strikers Club grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use our tournament platform and related services.

2. User Account

Users are responsible for maintaining account security. Account sharing, selling, or unauthorized transfers are strictly prohibited.

3. Matchmaking & Tournaments

Matchmaking results, tournament brackets, rankings, competitive rules, and administrative decisions regarding Strikers Club matches are governed by Arena Strikers Club to maintain competitive integrity.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Using cheats, hacks, automated bots, exploits, or third-party tools to gain unfair advantages;
• Fixing matches, win-trading, smurfing, or creating alt accounts to evade sanctions;
• Harassing, threatening, discriminating, or displaying toxic behavior toward other players or staff;
• Attempting to compromise, overload, or disrupt the platform infrastructure.

5. Enforcement & Penalties

Violations may result in official warnings, point deductions, tournament disqualifications, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans on the Arena Strikers Club platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The Arena Strikers Club platform and brand are developed and operated by Karvz Solutions / Arena Strikers Club. The game Strikers Club is owned by Oddshot Games.

7. Service Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or temporary downtime may occur.

8. Acceptance

By registering or using Arena Strikers Club services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this EULA and our Privacy Policy.
